Gerald Armagnac 1970's

Armagnac is a style of brandy produced in the southwest of France, using the short alambic-armagnacais still which tends to produce richer spirits than that of Cognac. The impurities found in the spirit owing to these short stills require a long ageing period in order to reveal their silky richness within - thus well-aged Armagnacs can be a thing of utter beauty.
